Officer Stacy Chiarolanza was hired by the Fairfield Police Department in August 2001 as a police dispatcher.  In 2002 she was appointed as a full-time police officer and attended the Morris County Police Academy Basic Class #59.  She worked in the Patrol Section until she was assigned to the Administrative Section in 2018.  Officer Chiarolanza is the department’s Public Information Officer and maintains the Fairfield Police Department social media pages. She is also one of the department’s resiliency officers as well as part of the Community Services Unit.  Officer Chiarolanza is a member of the National Information Officers Association, as well as the Italian American Police Society.  She is also on the Executive Board of the West Essex PBA Local #81, where she has held the position of recording secretary since 2019.  For media inquiries Officer Chiarolanza can be reached at schiarolanza@fairfieldnj.org.
