Fairfield (NJ) The Fairfield Police Department is happy to announce that Special Police Officers Devon O’Donnell and Michael Palma completed their six-month New Jersey Police Training Commission training and graduated from the Passaic County Police Academy on August 12, 2021. They will now begin the process of field training with officers from the department and will eventually be out on the street supplementing the department’s full-time officers at community events, securing the municipal court and on patrol.
